Hello Guys I’m a PS5 player and a FPS game enthusiast. I recently bought this controller and I’ve been using it for two days and so far I don’t like it which makes me sad because it seems like such a great controller. I’d say the biggest issue I have with it is the way the paddles are set up… the two lower buttons are so close to the edge that makes it so difficult to actually hold your controller. I constantly was thinking to myself how sensitive they were that I can barely grip the controller… even went as far as changing the way I hold the controller because I’m a mix of claw/paddles. I ultimately gave up because I was constantly jumping and pulling out meds while in the middle of the fight. The format of the thumbsticks was new to me but I wasn’t upset I understood and rebinded buttons to work around it so I was working with it. The bumpers are extremely sensitive and unlike mouse click triggers where you feel it …these don’t have any indicator of when you’re actually pulling it… you just stop halfway so you have to constantly hover over the bumpers. As far as the aiming goes it felt okay… I didn’t tune it in the app but I was aware I’d have to so I didn’t mind if I missed some shots but I’ll say it does feel very precise.. I believe I’m going to return it and that’s a damn shame cuz I wanted to love it.

Just got one of these. Was massively disappointed with the dead zone for which I can't adapt to for my FPS. I feel like a f***ing n00b, not being able to react to nearby threats or aim for a headshot.

I bought the Vader 3 Pros but it had this annoying thing on PC where one of the extra face buttons kept taking screen shots even though I disabled the button.

I just need less drift in my controllers

they did NOT send me the fucking module you need to attach them onto. that is insanely cheap and scammy of them.

Well competitive players dont care if feels expensive on hands, I play shooters competitive and all my expensive controls even special editions had drift very early im tired of buy controls I hope this control is the solution I dont care materials, colors or lights give my no dirft and is a GOD control.

Budds controller is the best Hall effect ps5 controller you can get. Back buttons are 1000x ergonomic than bb, cinch, and hypr. I’ve broke my cinch, and aim controller 3x. Haven’t even had it for a year, and I switch controllers every month lol. I have an aim, scufs, TB stealth ultra, bb, hypr, cinch, modded zone, and budds. Despite the customization for budds he sends you a solid controller that’ll get you through everything. Besides the TB stealth ultra (which is an Xbox controller, I don’t even like Xbox) Budds is the best controller I’ve received with Hall effect sticks for a ps5 controller.

Nope... In 2023 I got a brand new PS5 from them, after a week my dead zone increased from perfect zero to 5/6% of 100, I didn't send the controller, I waited for the end of the warranty which was close (72 days), I packed the controller and sent it. After 2 months I got it back with anti-drift modules for less than $0.50 xD. After another week, the drift returned. The funniest thing that happened was an attempt to trick me into paying for the antidrift fix installation where they demanded $20 for both analogues because the free warranty had already expired(72days in my possesion). Let me just add that in my country, if you send something under warranty, the deadline starts again (90 days) after you receive product.

@GamerHeaven i think you need to reinstall your t4k app the OG one lol. It seems that you didnt get the 1000hz polling rate cause of that. I've been using my t4k OG one for about 6 months now, abusing it in Rocket League and stuff... And its amazing lol. All buttons still works great, joystick still feels great. But yes, your OG t4k vid was the one that convinced me to buy it. Thank you 🙂 Also, i think 1000hz is also on the new Kaleid both of them now. Just, reinstall the app to latest if you dont get 1000hz before. 10/10 controller for me ✨

Strongly recommend not buying gamesir products. G7 failed with severe stick drift in just under 6 months, currently in a 2 message per day chat with some jackass that calls me dear at the start of every message who just keeps telling me to update and calibrate the controller no matter how many times I say that didn't work and blatantly ignores my question of how to file a warranty claim for a replacement

Received my controller from Carbxn Controllers and boy i must say its awesome the hall effects are extremely good no issues with them at all. What really tops the icing on the cake is the fact that i ordered a simple xbox controller with just hall effects nothing else and Carbxn pretty much upgraded my order FREE I got a xbox controller with side grips 4 Back buttons that are remappable. i remember opening up the box and being like uhhh i think they messed up and reached out and nah they told me enjoy basically.. i’ve been using it religiously along with the Gamesir Kaleid 1000hz on xbox Fantastic Duo!

I don't think it's fair to compare this controller to the V3P and Gulikit KK3. Yes these controllers go on sale, but so does the X10. I got the X10 for less than $30. The mentioned controllers are usually almost double the price. What this really competes with is the Gamesir T4 Cyclone Pro and FlyDigi Direwolf 2. All 3 controllers are very similar and I think this competes with them very well. I think the X10/X15 or Direwolf 2 are the best controllers under 50 and the V3P is the best controller under 80.
